Framecel trait - forearms hurt after lifting?

Every day after gymcelling my forearms hurt immensely. It's the actual bone too. When I press into it, it feels like there are small fractures everywhere. Can't even open a door or lift a bottle without it hurting.

The framepill is too brutal and the problems you talked about with the pain going to the bone is probably why a lot of framecels can't even gymcel enough to get gains :feelsrope:
 
if i did forearm exercises my sub 5 inch wrists would snap
 
Used to happen to me a lot after my first year of lifting. It stopped happening after that.
 
Your training and/or form is probably responsible.

Bicep curls with your palms completely parallel to the floor is bad. They should be slightly angled towards your body.
 
No tbh, but I don’t really lift much so I can’t say for certain.
