It is not a blackpill. Your looks have nothing to do with not being able to make any friends.
People don't care about your looks if you are ugly, but if you are ugly and you are a dickbag, then yeah nobody would like you. And clearly you are an ugly dickbag, so that is why you had no friends. Not just because you were ugly.
Of course they do, and your observed empirical outliers do not negate overall truths.
All social interaction is fundamentally about is looks and pretense. You can make up for physical looks with pretensions of status (e.g. muh bling), but it's all exterior bullshit at the end of the day anyway.
Looks matter to a degree, in creating and maintaining friendships, but not in the way you think. Read my previous post ITT.
You appear to be saying that ugly people can only make friends if they are submissive pushovers, rather than assertive and dominant, which is largely true.
Hence they can be "tag-alongs" to a group of men, betabuxx roasties, and jestermaxx, but they can't really enjoy dignified social positions unless they successfully thugmaxx (which is exceedingly difficult the lower your looks are and the more effeminate you look as well -- i.e., sexually non-dimorphic ugliness).

1. When making a conscious effort to make friends as an adult, looks might not matter. But they do matter during early childhood/adolescence. The trauma of friendship rejection carries over into adulthood.
2. Being ugly and a dickhead may actually correlate. Anti-social behavior stems from abuse/trauma during the course of a person's development.
3. Having friends as an ugly male still has no relevance to your sexual market value. Plenty of jestermaxxing numales have lots of friends, and.... still struggling to find a date.

Personality plays an important role in social settings. If you are ugly and you're a dickbag, you're obviously going to be ostracized. But if you're ugly and you're nice, then you will be accepted and easily make friends.
