High T cope. I found that when I get my T slightly up and get aggressive trough the methods I'll list below everything becomes better for a while. I have stomach pains, I'm nauseous and have RLS most of the time but this helps me for like an hour.
Steps:
- Lift something heavy. Doesn't have to be at the gym, just try to lift something heavy at home and maintain it for a bit then drop it. Repeat until you get slightly angry.
- Listen to aggressive music. I listen to G-Rap (Recommend 187 Strassenbande, Capital Bra)
- Use imagination to escape reality. Imagine yourself doing something you like while music is blasting in headphones
- Your BPD kicks in and punches you back into the real world and everything becomes shitty again
- Repeat
I recommend taking 200mg of Pregnenolone daily if you want to keep this up or just make day-to-day life better (unless you want the harder steroids)
