Lets say you are given 8/10 status in natural looks. But in exchange you are given bottom 20%(but not outright mentally retarded) intelligence.

I don't think I would. Sure, I would have been able to have sex at some point and get some female attention, but everything else I would lose. The comfortable life, interesting career, travel, etc.....
And even being 8/10 in looks in this scenario my SMV would lag far behind this because I'd be somewhat slow, likely struggling financially, etc......

it would not be a good tradeoff on the whole I think.
