He seemed normal as a kid, and like others pointed out on this thread, he actually now sounds less autistic now that he transitioned.
He was probably spoiled in a wrong way, his mother probably treated him as a child while he was a fully grown man, and people could have build a more constructive criticism over his personality and his Sonichu stuff. He needed help and no one was there to support him, only to bully and harass him.

Nope he's got autism. It's just he got fame from it and the fame turned him shit. If he didn't get it he'd be weird but he'd probably be just fine working at target or some shit, but the fame fucked him up because people were fucking with him and knew how to do it.
Apparently he worked at a Wendy's but he kept getting into fights with the manager and ended up scaring a kid through a donald duck impression.
I act all too similar to him to be honest, I can relate to him. He's just a creative and expressive soul who wants to find acceptance. But can't because he's not that attractive, so he creates his own copes. He's very emotional so he's easy bait for trolls. But him turning into a tranny so he can cope was when I lost all respect for him.
