Explain to me how a 300 pound, 5’11 1/2 man can lose 100 pounds without a signing up for a gym or walking? The only reason why I don’t wanna walk is due to the neighborhood I’m in.
keto or carnivore diet and read why we get fat by gary taubes + anthony chaffee on YT. Also bart kay video on why calorie-in calorie out model does not work for weight loss. Also go on carnivore and zerocarb subreddit and read sidebar. Good luck.Explain to me how a 300 pound, 5’11 1/2 man can lose 100 pounds without a signing up for a gym or walking? Researchers found that despite being highly active—walking miles and miles daily in search of food—the Hadza burned about the same number of calories per day as the average sedentary adult in the U.S. This surprising result suggests that our bodies might adapt to increased activity by conserving energy in other areas
The Exercise Paradox refers to the observation that increasing physical activity doesn’t result in a corresponding increase in calories burned or weight loss. You might think running more miles or spending extra hours at the gym naturally leads to shedding pounds, but the body doesn’t work that way.
One of the most compelling studies illustrating this paradox involved the Hadza tribe, a group of hunter-gatherers in Tanzania. Researchers found that despite being highly active—walking miles and miles daily in search of food—the Hadza burned about the same number of calories per day as the average sedentary adult in the U.S. This surprising result suggests that our bodies might adapt to increased activity by conserving energy in other areas, keeping total energy expenditure relatively constant.

/threadEat less calories than you burn.
I probably should mentioned without money as well.Buy a treadmill, try to get those manual ones which don't operate with electricity because it feels closer to normal walking
Then if you're watching TV or whatever, just walk while doing so
Yep, it’s not rocket scienceEat less calories than you burn. Next question.
Why do you always talk like being poor makes losing weight harder? I just can't help but laugh at the absurdity of this statement every timeI probably should mentioned without money as well.
Don’t eat
So I assume only drink water during this period, all knowing god?Why do you always talk like being poor makes losing weight harder? I just can't help but laugh at the absurdity of this statement every time

Carbs don't "cause fat," excess calories do.Reduce carbs too, that shit causes fat, but not by itself.
Terrible advice, tbhngl. Surgery is an extreme measure that 99.999% of people don't need, and Ozempic atrophies your muscles. A year and a half on Ozempic is like aging your body's muscles 15-20 years. About 40% of the weight loss from using Ozempic comes from muscle loss.- stomach reduction surgery

If he had asked how to lose weight in a healthy way, my answer would've been different.
