Explain to me how a 300 pound, 5’11 1/2 man can lose 100 pounds without a signing up for a gym or walking? The only reason why I don’t wanna walk is due to the neighborhood I’m in.

Eat less calories than you burn. Next question.

Buy a treadmill, try to get those manual ones which don't operate with electricity because it feels closer to normal walking

Then if you're watching TV or whatever, just walk while doing so

Fasting and eating one meal a day, just try to eat your whole days worth of calories at once it’s going to be difficult. Drink coffee to suppress your appetite until it’s time to eat.

keto or carnivore diet and read why we get fat by gary taubes + anthony chaffee on YT. Also bart kay video on why calorie-in calorie out model does not work for weight loss. Also go on carnivore and zerocarb subreddit and read sidebar. Good luck.

Its not how much you eat, its what you eat. For example, they looked at tribesmen in africa expecting them to burn insane calories. Turned out they burn as much as average american. The calorie model does not work.
Its funny to me that people deny this but then openly acknowledge that women get fat during pregnancy from hormones + that certain medications can make people get fat, like anti depresants and pain killers. How exactly does that work? does the tiny pill contain 5000 kcal each? :lul: :lul: :lul:

Researchers found that despite being highly active—walking miles and miles daily in search of food—the Hadza burned about the same number of calories per day as the average sedentary adult in the U.S. This surprising result suggests that our bodies might adapt to increased activity by conserving energy in other areas
The Exercise Paradox refers to the observation that increasing physical activity doesn’t result in a corresponding increase in calories burned or weight loss. You might think running more miles or spending extra hours at the gym naturally leads to shedding pounds, but the body doesn’t work that way.
One of the most compelling studies illustrating this paradox involved the Hadza tribe, a group of hunter-gatherers in Tanzania. Researchers found that despite being highly active—walking miles and miles daily in search of food—the Hadza burned about the same number of calories per day as the average sedentary adult in the U.S. This surprising result suggests that our bodies might adapt to increased activity by conserving energy in other areas, keeping total energy expenditure relatively constant.

Just be in a calorie deficit, you burn calories just by existing (your BMR), so eat less. There's no secret to fat loss.

Reduce carbs too, that shit causes fat, but not by itself.

Why do you always talk like being poor makes losing weight harder? I just can't help but laugh at the absurdity of this statement every time

Terrible advice, tbhngl. Surgery is an extreme measure that 99.999% of people don't need, and Ozempic atrophies your muscles. A year and a half on Ozempic is like aging your body's muscles 15-20 years. About 40% of the weight loss from using Ozempic comes from muscle loss.

Well, the guy asked how to lose weight without physical exercise and I just named the options.
If he had asked how to lose weight in a healthy way, my answer would've been different.

ozempic or what ever is called

Duh eat in a calorie deficiet and work out at home. Fill 5litre bottles with water and lift those or shopping bags with like 10 kg of stuff and lift those. After a month you lose like 2-3 kg. After 12 months thats 24-36kg
