I don't plan on going to the gym but I do have weight lifting stuff (weights, bench press chair, bars)
My current plan is:
50x bench presses
50x bicep curls
with 10kg total (5kg weight each side)
I will add on additional weight (1kg per 2 weeks)
I plan on doing this daily, with rest days being on the weekend
I have done similar things like this before (100 pushups a day)
If there is any suggestions as to how I could better tweak this, please let me know.
