I've been fat for about half of my life and I have no signs of balding. My hair is going grey, but that is genetic. My grandfather had a fullhead of grey hair by 35 and it looks like I inherited that gene as I started going grey at 25. No signs of balding since that is simply not a trait in my family.

Baldness could be hereditary but having that extra DHT circulating in your body because of excess estrogen could speed up hairloss.
