I've barely eaten during the last two days tbh, fridge ran out and I couldn't be arsed to pick up groceries

yesterday I basically just ate one leftover salmon fillet (~200 kcal), I'm kind of surprised that I don't feel tired after a few days of not bothering to eat

Most of the time I actually feel better when I don’t eat anything. I always skip breakfast because it makes me sluggish for 1-2 hours.

I guess it has to do something with the spike in blood sugar.
