I am glad I saw this thread because the topic of females in education and the workforce has been on my mind recently
It is no secret that females tend to usually achieve highly in academia and do quite well at their jobs, although this is because they receive better treatment and more support from teachers and peers (especially autistic or incel-type academic dudes whom they can sweet-talk into helping them with homework or studying or even outright doing assignments for them), and they usually go for easier or more comfortable jobs such as HR and education where they can get away with chatting, gossiping, using their phones or otherwise being lazy, and there's the meme about how females cannot be found in dangerous jobs like engineering or to do with electrical systems and sewage systems
I used to think that, if females do well in academia and their chosen occupation, surely they should be allowed to do so? Well, it looks good on paper in theory, just like Communism does, but there is an undeniable correlation between a society where females are given rights and that society's decline and degradation. What's the point in females doing well in school and work when they're still unhappy at the end of it, and males are literally driven to murder, suicide, insanity, prison or homelessness because they are living in a hellish prison planet that has no place for them in it?
Also, getting good grades is mostly about your ability to conform your thoughts and feelings to your best understanding of what is expected of you: in other words, your ability to answer questions in the way that teachers and examiners are looking for. This could explain why, despite getting good grades, females hardly ever do anything special or unique to break the mold and come up with new ideas, discoveries and inventions, it goes deeply against their nature or their programming, they are herd animals who naturally submit to males and males are pack animals who naturally dominate females. In this way males and females naturally complement each other....... But perhaps modern education is about brainwashing, convincing or coercing youth into saying, thinking or believing that this is not so. Unfortunately though what we are seeing today as a result is boys being forced into either a submissive sexless beta cuck/provider/tranny role, a hypermasculine antisocial DT lover role, or becoming socially outcasted, and girls learning that it is OK to leech resources and energy from beta cucks, simp and thirst after Chads by offering nothing but their body and laugh at and bully socially outcasted boys
I seen that video about that chick giving an "incel forum pressure-cooker" presentation, I laughed out loud when I saw the end slide which said some shit like "allow men to be non-masculine" and "teach boys to be empathetic" etc..... All I could think was, "If you really want to do something about the incel problem, start being nice to autistic or incel-type dudes and sleeping with them", the day that more chicks start being as nice to "empathetic" non-masculine dudes and putting out for them as they do for Chads will be the day I start to consider what people like her say, but somehow I do not think that is going to happen because Chad only and "sex isn't important inkwell tee hee" *goes a week without sex* "OMG SO DEPRESSED"
