If they want their body to look better, they can just get thin, guys have to actually work out and put on muscles, yes girls can do that too but they don't need to. If a guy's thin he just looks shit, I'm fucking anorexic so I can tell ya. If a foid is anorexic everyone just sympathises with them, say they look good anyway and try to help them through whatever the're going through. But if a guy is, everyone just calls him ugly and scrawny. it's just fuel to starve yourself even more because it isolates you, traps you into a spiral you can never come back from.

Any type of personality is attractive in a girl, form strong and confident to if the're shy and nerdy, you're always attractive in some way. Very few personalities are attractive in a guy, only strong and confident. Anything else is seen as incredibly unattractive, so if you're really shy and awkward, like me, then you're just fucked really, nobody can find you attractive.
