The best way to completely tear a foid down and ruin her self-worth is to insult her looks, and seriously mean it. They can tell if you're doing it out of petty. If you go up to a foid and seriously tell her that she looks like a goblin and should never reproduce, it will destroy her. The only thing that foids have in this world are their looks, and the very thought that they might not be attractive, especially to a man that isn't a Chad, is a devastating blow that will be on their mind, until they go apply another pound of makeup to their face and try to flaunt themselves as looking "natural".
