Would be genuinely curious about the efficacy of sexual therapy. It shouldn't even be impossible to open such an office, with prostitution being legal in some places. Or hire prostitutes for research, some of them already have some level of special training to deal with disabled people, e.g. in the Netherlands. Guess you have less than 0% chance to get the funding granted, but it's at least theoretically possible.
