Soon to be married couple comes and plays golf (two players; man soon to be married and brides father) their were also two ride alongs / drivers of the carts ( the bride driving the husband around & the daughters mother driving the father). they were drinking on the course (which is allowed) but when they finished and loaded up the two club sets, they drove the golf carts to the bar & not to the cart return. After more drinking in the bar, men tell the women to drive to the cart return (which is 60 feet away with signage). Drunk females decide to drive around the parking lot recklessly instead of going to the cart return immediately. Bride took a turn to sharp & ended up tipping the cart on her with it landing and pinning her to the asphalt. (when the cart started to tip she said she grabbed the handle located on the roof rack which pulled it and her down immediately BIGGER GIRL EASILY OVER 220lbs THIS IS IN AMERICA). When I heard the noise I ran over and saw the father / husband helping get the cart off her. When the cart was lifted the first thing she said was "I cant feel my legs". She became really quite while both husband & father lay into her for driving reckless all day both on the course & just now. Husband is literally screaming at this foid in front of the parents for being a "stupid fuck who finds a way to tip a golf cart in the parking lot of all places". Needed to call police for an incident report where witnesses gave reports for police and an ambulance hauled her off.
Next day @ work I recieved a call from the father and had transferred him to my boss to speak with. Turns out she broke 2 lumbar vertebrates and the father doesn't want us to sue due to their medical costs / cart damage caused from the accident (which was none only cosmetic and was out driving the next day). Turns out that this injury according to the boss is something that "will cause lifelong complications when it comes to mobility / walking & will likely prevent her from walking for years to come."
TLDR: Female becomes paralyzed from tipping a golf cart while drunk and breaks two lumbar vertebrates in front of parents & soon to be husband. Has lifelong consequences for her mobility!
