The caveat is that mass produced products don't cater to these giants. Extreme height is a social dom, but cars, public transit, airplanes, hotels, showers, baths, furniture, etc. don't cater to giants. Obviously height increases odds of gaining wealth to afford customized or private everything, but needing to be rich just to be comfortable is a burden.
