Edit: In this scenario you wouldn't know if she is genuine or not or who she even is to begin with behind the screen. For all you know she could be a fed aswell. Would you still take the risk to get to know an unknown person online just for the chance of getting laid or not?

Meh. Most of the things most people write here wouldn't be federally illegal. There are, for example, lots of surveys which ask people whether they would rape someone else if they had the chance to and would not be caught. If it were illegal to say "yes" to this question then police would use it as sting.
