As far as I can tell the first 'modern' monograph (300+ pages) on psychological treatment of incels by professionals in the field - from what I can tell from the blurb it likely just addresses identifying incels, describing (online) incel culture and beliefs, the terrorist threat and the beginnings of a basic bluepilling process of the patient.

It comes out December 15th, published by academic publisher Routledge. Authors are two fat goatee motherfuckers from obscure American educational institutions.

Understanding and Treating Incels is an indispensable guide for mental health clinical staff, social workers, prevention specialists, educators, and threat assessment professionals who want to better understand the involuntary celibate movement, assess individuals’ potential for violence, and offer treatment approaches and prevention efforts.

Chapters explore the movement in terms of gender, technology, the media, and pornography usage. The book discusses how the incel mentality has motivated individuals to misogynistic worldviews and increased rage and disillusionment, and inspired acts of targeted violence such as school shootings and mass casualty events. Later chapters walk the reader through three cases studies and offer treatment considerations to assist mental health professionals and those developing education and prevention-based programming. Likely. There probably is race going amongst psychologists to publish THE monograph that will become the go-to reference work to be distributed to all academicucks, social workers and therapists. That means aspiring authors have to balance speed with quality/original research. Expect more competing books in the coming 2 years.

Also get ready for incels to defacto be classified as a movement (even though incels aren't a movement) because of the numerous uses of movement to refer to incels quoted in psychology journals and books and book reviews like this.
It should be known here and on other sites like this that incels aren't a movement. Incels don't have a political platform of any kind that a movement requires. Incel is a condition of not being attractive to women because of unchangeable physical factors.
