I bought a key for like 40€ because it has that fucking Denuvo antipiracy system so it could take months or even years (depends on how lazy the crackers are) for a crack to be released, I remember RE3 Remake couldn't be cracked and the pirate version was only available because Capcom removed Denuvo 6 months later kek. I didn't want any spoilers so during all this time I avoided all articles, videos and discussions regarding the game, I was really looking forward to the game.

And tbh I liked it more than RE7, the setting is more fantasy and magic rather than the """realistic""" setting with the virus developed in a lab and all that sheit but the gameplay was great, I like how each area has a different gameplay like the castle with the tall milf vampire is a survival horror, the doll house is like an escape room, the part with the ugly fish guy (Moreau truecel confirmed) is more running and solving puzzles and the factory is purely action. Treasure hunting was also pretty addicting, remembered me of RE4 where you have to explore everything to find treasure parts, combine them and then get rich selling them. Inventory management without the item boxes was weird but at least materials for crafting stuff, key objects and treasures have infinite storage so I didn't have inventory problems.

The ending was kinda weird with Ethan dying and all that, Resident Evil games usually have a happy ending so it was weird, felt more like the bad ending choice from RE7 or Revelations 2. My favorite part was the castle so I didn't like it was so short, they could have made the castle longer and the factory shorter because simply fuck that place, I easily got lost because all rooms looked the same and the map wasn't clear enough, and fighting those zombie cyborgs in narrow hallways what the fuck where the developers thinking kek. But still I would put it in the top 3 Resident Evil games along with RE1 HD Remaster and RE4.

Moreau and the puppeteer should’ve been more present in the game tbh

Sounds good. I remember having fun playing RE5 and spending hours on farming magnum bullets. I have yet to try 6 and 7

I only know of this game because Youtube keeps recommending me vids of that tall busty bitch

I'd play it if it was VR.

:soy::soy::soy: spending 40 euro for a new game

i dont see the "fun" in solving those stupid puzzles and shit. its ragefuel and frustrationfuel.

you're probably a youngcel. only youngcels would enjoy tedious shit like those.
40€ it's a fair price for a new game kek for consoles it's 70€, PC Master Race wins again :feelsLSD:And yeah I'm kinda a youngcel and zoomercel I finished high school some years ago but still not wageslaving.

What? It was shit. Wasn't scary at all. RE7 was so much better.
It's not a horror game if you have fucking arsenal of Shotguns and Sniper Rifles ffs. I know RE has always been more of combat based but it was a serious let down compared to 7 which was more stealthily and scary. I should stick to Indie games for good horror experience tbh. These new AAA games are for spoonfed shit eating zoomers. :feelsUnreal:

meh, not a fan of re tbh

I think RE7 was only true survival horror for like the first two or three hours when you kill the Baker old guy. Then it's really easy to find ammo or craft it so it becomes more of an action game tbh, you can perfectly kill all enemies in the game (with headshots) and not run out of ammo. On classic Resident Evil games if you try killing everything you're gonna be fucked up because ammo is much scarcer, those were true survival horrors in my opinion. RE7 was a mix of survival horror + action.

Re1 and re4 are overrated garbage, 8 is amazing though

I liked the villains in this game. I didn't enjoy how they kept advertising Lady Alcina Dimitrescu (tall vampire foid) as the main villainess in the game when she was basically the first of four bosses. Capcom was just trying to get all the horny zoomers to buy it.

It's more the fault of the community for doing all the memes, cosplay and all that sheit. Capcom just saw people liked the character so they used it a lot in their marketing campaign. I'm surprised they haven't released a super expensive figure of her yet kek
