I haven't been cooking ramen the right way. After watching this video I've been copying his cooking method of boiling down the liquid into a spicey sweet syrup.

I don't have the exact noodles he's using, but the technique works with Indomie which IMO are the best tasting ones.
I use chicken broth instead of water, and boil it down with the Mi Goreng flavor packets. Then add an egg, and some Sriracha hot sauce. What an absolutely epic $2 meal.
