I'd say a combination of eugenic CRISPR genetic engineering, more advanced PS and the introduction of 3D bone printing, and (potentially) somewhat sentient AI partners augmented with virtual reality.

Unrealistic. Patriarchy, chastity and arranged marriage were due to circumstances that have completely (and permanently for some) changed.

2- Christianity is more or less dead, and you can't revive or recreate a religion this easily. It takes centuries for religions to emerge or grow.

Let me ask you one question, op. In Greek times Aristotle noted that leaders abused their power. Do leaders still abuse their power? We don’t change, op. We’re animals.
