If your genetics are too shit to bodybuild do fighting, fighting doesn't depend on genetics so much and literally anyone could do it (unless you are max level crippled) and
No genetics for your inflamed ACL. Fighting rewards good cardio much more than extreme strength. Strength matters, but it's far from the most important thing.
Don't be a liftoid, liftoids are the bottom crust of athletes, they think they're tough because they lift big number, but there's no gym for your chin, no gym for your liver. There is a gym for your knees, but they all skip leg day
DONT DO FUCKING KARATE these are the only martial arts you need.
Depends which kind of karate. Kyokushin is what spawned kickboxing, and they heavily emphasize developing physical toughness. But most karate sucks yeah.
• Boxing
• Muay Thai
• Wrestling
• Jiu Jitsu
Throw in various kickboxing disciplines with Muay Thai:
- Kickboxing is an offshoot of Kyokushin karate. It is competitive with Muay Thai, lacks clinchwork but you can make up for that with takedowns, and has the fancy advanced kicks that Muay Thai doesn't.
- Savate, aka French boxing, is a kickboxing style that specializes in kicking with shoes on. You might think this is a small detail, but it's not. It is probably the best kickboxing style to take to the streets for this reason. It also stresses attacking your opponent's knees with push kicks, this is savate's version of a jab.
And, this will be controversial because there are a lot of dumb judo simps out there, but judo (or other takedown art) is quite underrated for street fighting. Remember, the street is literally made of rocks, and if you're not caught on video, then it's hard to prove that they didn't just fall down and try to blame you.
all other martial arts FUCKING SUCK BALLS!! If you are incel at least do one of these martial arts!
Better yet, do all of them. Whichever one you do, you will have a weakness in the others. You have BJJ players who can't strike, strikers who are helpless in a clinch, takedown specialists who are helpless on the ground. No martial art is complete. The only right kind of martial artist is a mixed martial artist.
