I would have understood that if he had willingly frozen his sperm for her to use it if, say, he was terminally ill. For her to win a case and harvest her dead boyfriend's sperm surgically after he chose to end his own life is INSANE and WRONG on every level. He wasn't killed in an accident, he committed suicide. Just because they talked about having children and the deceased's parents wish to see a continuation of their son's DNA brought into this world, doesn't mean that he would have gone along with it. This otherwise violation of human rights, now marks precedent in Australia so I guess all men and women will have to ensure no one surgically removes their reproductive tissue post mortem. Missing word here: CONSENT!
