Feminists have begun to admit that women have it on easy mode. They call it "pretty privilege" where just because a woman is attractive she can get men to do things for her.

According to my imperfect life (a site that features weekly horoscopes and is clearly feminist) defines "pretty privilege" as:

Pretty privilege works on the principle that people who are deemed more attractive—based on accepted societal beauty standards—have an upper hand in the world and are afforded many opportunities that us regular folks don't have.

At my workplace my boss is continuously flirting with attractive foid employees. Complimenting them, making sexual jokes, etc. They of course don't complain about it, they are probably not even bothered by his behavior that much or even use their attractiveness to move up on the ladder.

The funny thing was when another foid colleague (in her 50s) was complaining to me how unfair her situation was.
The boss is of course not flirting with her, because she's rather ugly, even for her own age. He treats her like any other male in the workplace, if she makes a mistake (she very often does), she gets criticized without mercy.
And she told me in private how much this hurts her, because she's no longer a pretty young girl in her 20s, like the others in the office. She said she had received lots of compliments when she was their age, but unfortunately, those times are gone. She obviously expected me to feel sorry for her, but I didn't really say anything, apart from a few "yeah, that's life" type of comments.

I didn't tell her that I never received a single compliment in my 20s, no female was ever flirting with me or made a romantic/sexual remark towards me.
