The amount of optimism I see from some of you guys on here is staggering. You think that there is some growing wave of male discontent which will turn back feminism and somehow save the world-dead wrong. Women are the ACHILLE'S TENDON of men. It is their greatest weakness, which is made exponentially worse by the fact that they do not perceive it as their weakness. Contrary to what most of society believes, a strong majority of men(excluding the sociopaths that women are attracted to) actually have a soft spot for women-they love and have an innate desire to protect and support them even at their own expense. Men would sooner backstab each other than turn on a woman. This is something that society is reluctant to acknowledge, a perfect case of the kind of "failure" of society that @Fontaine has talked about.
There will be no "grand awakening" or push back from men as long as men instinctively want to give women the absolute best life possible. All that will happen is society slowly devolves and degenerates from the inside while external crises(war, poverty, economic ruin, environmental disaster) place increasing pressure on it from the outside, eventually causing it to collapse. Feminism won't exist as a concept, but neither will the modern world as we know it.
