In most western countrys requirements for woman in the policeforce/as firefighters/ as soldiers are significantly lower than for men - lower strength, endurance, psychological stability and height. But they still get to have the job because of Female-Quotas. With same payment.

Now imagine a house burning down and people in there are unconscious. How will a woman kick down the doors? Is she fearless enough when she is surrounded by fire? How will she carry the family out? Can she endure an entire day of hard labour?
Or will she let the man in the taskforce do most of the hard work and she can feel good about herself.

Simply put: Woman should pass the same test as Man, if they cant - Fuck Off! Its not some Bois-Club that you cant join, its about saving lifes!
