I never expected you to be pro-porn?
im not pro porn nigga jfffflll, im just pointing out that other groups have interest in banning porn for their own benefit.
Women dont want men to have porn because they generally dont like men and they attack anything that they think benefits men, like social services for male victims of domestic abuse etc. They also banned sex doll brothes for that reason, even though sex doll brothels technically benefit women and men, since it would lower "female exploitation" through men, and its cleaner too. Yet, they banned them, just as they are trying to go after AI gfs and all that.
I also attack anti porn arguments on the basis of them being logically inconsistent. The only way to make an anti porn argument at all would be from christian worldview with solid philosophical grounding. Most people make evidentialist anti porn arguments though, which are not only logically inconsistent (is/ought problem) but also scientifically invalid when you look at the data.
Further, anti porn rhetoric is mostly aimed at men, even though a substantial amount of women watch porn on a monthly and weekly basis, according to stats released by sites like pornhub. This rhetoric is used by right and left wingers alike. Whenever you see sides that should have a conflict of interest agree on something, you should look for the common denominator. In this case, all sides overlap in their hatred of men and worship of women.
Ideally of course, I would want everyone to live in a christian marriage or follow the monastic path, as laid out by the church for the first 1000 years, but in order to get there we would have to convince both men and women of the christian worldview, including christian teleology, metaphysics etc. Imagine trying to do that to some tiktok hoe, good luck. Only God can deal with this and lead these people to salvation. The heart has to turn first, or the education will fall on barren ground. Faith is the evidence of things unseen, right?
