Women follow the trends like moths follow light. This is why every hoe nowadays talks in ebonics instead of proper English. An example of a hobby women pretend to enjoy because it's trendy is rap music. I doubt any women actually enjoy rap music, but they'll pretend to for social goodie points.
Ofc this also applies to women's vapid consumerism. They'll buy anything and everything as long as they think it's popular. Ahem cinnamo— I mean pumpkin spice

Women often enjoy generally male oriented movies/video games due to the presence of an attractive male character. I remember back in 2014 when those shitty Hobbit movies came out overhearing a conversation between two female employees at a store. They were blabbing about male characters that were attractive and what would happen to them in the new movie. I guarantee you that if these characters were old and unattractive like they were in the book these women would have no interest.

Ofc they'll pretend that they're just there because they enjoy the hobby! But watch them leave when the attention is not on them. Some of my friends used to employ this tactic. When a femoid would join a discord server or game chat we'd ignore her attempts to talk about herself and then watch as she shriveled away.

When women are attracted to a guy they'll mimic all their behaviors and interests. Oftentimes this is how you'll see girls enjoying things that are primarily targeted at men. Please note however that if she finds her ex boyfriend unattractive then she'll hate all his hobbies.
