Sure if you have a notch count of 50 + women by age 25 then by all means just be yourself you don't need to change anything.
However, if you're a virgin at age 25 or up then just being yourself is ridicoulous. You need to make drastic changes (facial surgery, spend lots of time trying to socialize and get a social circle, become more NT, Gym, Moneymaxx, etc) to have even a hope of changing your situation. Note: you can do all of the above there is a good chance you will still fail if your value is still low enough after the improvements but at least it gives you a chance however small of succeeding.
