I feel like I have no energy throughout the day on days where I LDAR really hard, it is because of the LDAR lifestyle obviously if I move around or excercise I do not feel like that.

However I get a sudden burst of energy at night. Now I have alot of energy lol, makes no fucking sense.

My autism sometimes feels like a knot in my brain, where every decision has to ravels through 5 times the distance through my brain than it should have to. when I'm sleep deprived, like starting around 1-3 o'clock and peaking at 5-8 o' clock, my mind is so tired that my brain just can't keep up this internal tension and is forced to relaxed. At that point I often get thigns done that I couldn't manage all day. It's also noticable in how I write, at those times the thoughts just flow from my mind into words on the screen. I'm also less socially anxious and better at talking to people.

Not sure if that relates to what you mean. Think I read somewhere that sleep deprivation also works as self-medication for depression because it releases dopamine (or something else) in the brain, but I'm not sure on that.

Oh I get what you mean about the knot part the brain of an autistic person is like that, I suppose its possible for something like you described to occur but I am no expert nor can I relate with that

I am not sleep deprived or anything but basically from 8am-8pm I was tired and from 8pm onwards I have had way more energy, idk why that happens and I have been LDAR the whole day pretty much

Its survival instincts I believe. We LDAR most of the time because there is no point in doing anything, life never began for us.
But reptile brain wont accept this and gives us some energy to hunt for food and all that basic survival stuff we dont need in todays world

Lmfao maybe, I still have energy but it is slowly winding down now, I think because I will usually go to bed soon

no I would spend all my time asleep if possible
