Ultrabased.Been training since I was 14 and it makes me feel a lot better
Try getting a doorway pull-up bar and do a push pull legs routine. Do 5 sets of pull-ups on pull day, 5 sets of push-ups on push day, and on leg day do 3 sets of horse stances for 2 minutes. Once you get more experience you can do longer horse stances and then eventually do 13 sets of pull-ups and push-ups instead of 5. Do the push-ups and pull-ups to failure btwI do a little bit of cardio here and there but it’s mostly just to not get fat. I weigh 58kg at 173cm.
