not sure if i'm feeling my brain moving or the blood rushing in different places

i sometimes rub my eyes until i see more and more elaborate shit. and i can voluntary move my tensor tympani muscle which makes rumbling noises and doesn't really serve a purpose

i know whatchu mean, thats called the prisoners cinema, i discovered it as a kid and did it too much that it created a donut of light at the center of my vision (temporarely) but idk about the tympani muscle tho
