I feel like am recorded and am being watched 24/7.to the point that am talking to the wall, and have monologues that last for hours before i sleep or when am angry, have to keep listening to music so loud to block the voices when i walk in public from talking to myself.

Does anyone have the same thing, my mom doesnt like it when i talk to myself and says it will make you insane but im already insane

check out Linux, consider a vpn for the ISP, and physically remove the cameras on any deviece, if there is microphones on said device, put it away in a room you dont use that much, unless you need it close by.
