I am curious about who the fattest member of this forum is. Which member considers themselves to be the heaviest? How do you think your diet has affected your weight and overall health? I have been reading about the connection between diet and spirituality, and I wonder if there is a correlation between being overweight, having a higher BMI, and spiritual well-being.

I can't believe how overweight Fat Link is. It's hard to imagine how someone could let themselves get to that point. I'm sure his diet must be terrible and he probably has no self-control or discipline.

it's just addiction and no hope and could be genetic

There’s definitely a genetic side to obesity, but addiction and feeling hopeless can really impact it too. Eating unhealthy processed foods is probably his coping mechanism.

lol I’m not that fat anymore. :lul:

I’m in the 300’s now. :ahegao:

I'm heavy, but I'm also really tall. It's better to do this by BMI.

true I was skinny until 17 or 18 then gained up to 265 lbs

Actually, BMI wouldn't account for gymcels. It would be better to just measure body fat.

That's a good start, but 300 lbs is still heavy. Great job on trying to lose weight and I think you should try energy consumption. Consider meditating. I'm still researching this topic.

It's better to maintain a healthy diet and exercise more often. That's all you need to lose weight.

BMI wouldn't really account for gymcels and their muscle mass. Measuring body fat percentage would be more accurate, as you mentioned. Do you know what your body fat percentage is?

i stopped riding my bike and skateboard 3 years ago and been full time rotting
i eat 3 meals a day 1-2 being food that my mom makes me could be steak hamburger or tacos
and 2-3 times a week ill eat a whole frozen pizza to myself because thats all my mom buys for me and its something i can make while shes asleep and thats basically one meal and then i eat other stuff later on in the day
usually some soup like ramen buttered toast hotdogs tuna and thats it really
i dont like to cook since its noisy and i make my food at night most of the time
ill also drink around half a gallon of kool aid when its available or 3 sodas a day but thats pretty much every other week because my mom only buys me groceries every week or other week id be lucky to get a 12 pack of soda every week
but every week i eat a full bag of potato chips that my mom gets me or us bc most of the times i have to share them with her and the family
i also drink every weekend vodka around two fifths and wash it down with soda or juice
sometimes ill eat a lot when i drink and sometimes ill eat nothing

tbh it doesnt feel like that much food i guess i just have a shitty metabolism
also i wrote this like shit bc im pretty tired but the topic caught my attention because ive been dealing with new health issues which is most likely due to this new lifestyle change/ LDARing

That's a valid viewpoint but food also has energy and vibrational frequency. Some foods can have a positive effect on our energy levels, while others can have negative impacts. It's important to consider the food we eat as not just a source of calories, but as a source of energy for our bodies and souls.

At 30 years old, about 5'9" tall, and weighing 230 pounds, you're in the obese range for BMI. Your meals mainly consist of processed foods like pizza, soup, buttered toast, hotdogs, and potato chips, along with a lot of soda and alcohol on the weekends. Your eating habits and lifestyle choices are affecting your health. Try eating healthier, trying out meditation, focusing on your spiritual growth, and getting some exercise. I think Food changes need to happen for you.

No. I'd really like to find out. I'm fat, but I have a decent amount of muscle. I'll probably try and figure it out before the years over.
Decent amount of muscle doesn't mean much when you're still in an unhealthy weight range and eating a diet that's mostly processed foods.

im gonna IMPROOOOOOV thanks bro:soy::feelsaww: but yeah youre right

He might as well just rope if that’s true
It would be better to just diet and work out. At 500 lbs, you don't even know what you really look like.

I agree. I'm gymcelling right now and have already lost 10 kg.

I’m not saying the food will actually improve or change your bone structure or anything, but it’ll definitely improve your overall vibe, especially when it comes to your spirit. Your spirit is connected to the Food you eat.

ill keep that in mind

How long did it take you to lose all that weight?
I was unconscious and doped up for most of it.

Also I literally couldn’t eat for months due to my throat and or esophageal damage due to traumatic intubation needed to save me.

So roughly 5 months I do believe of hospitalization on an NG feeding tube through my nose where I’d literally lost my appetite entirely. :feelsokman:

I'm 191 pounds

Don't become an obese rotter man.

What specific foods do you suggest?

I'd be curious to know what he eats in an average day, share with us @Fat Link
Today all I had was a ham and cheese sandwich on some home made bread my aunt just made me and two Rice Krispie treats and a Cherry Coke. :ahegao:
