Was invited to popular parties because he was a jock

1. Goes to college, gains 30 pounds, and now SMv is 3

2. Joins a frat with other fattening up former former jocks to Bubba max

3. Ends up moving back to his hometown college area to attempt a former status max

4. Gets shot down by previous borderline stacys

5. Realizes his time is up and becomes a beta provider knocking up a ho with tats asap

6. Aspires To be the sadist high school coach now

7. Hangs around the weight room sniffing jocks

They don't understand fitness and nutrition. They just lucked out in genes and had very active teenage years. Now they don't play sportsball anymore they don't understand to adjust their calorie intake.
They are used to eating 3000-4000 calories a day in cheeseburgers and saturated junky shit.
They spend every minute in the gym creeping on stacies instead of lifting.

Yes.

They used to follow their coaches instructions for exercise. Genes took care of the junkyard food. They never designed a fitness plan or meal plan on their own. They don't know how to measure and chart calories. This type is not one to calculate macros or memorise muscle groups. They are the 50 pushups every day type.

High IQ chads use what they learn in biochemistry, got a degree in physiotherapy and get more foids in their 50s, still sporting six-packs, than we do in our lifetime.
