Title.

This happened to me during my last gym session. I walked in the gym at 5:30am (it opens at 4:00am). Only one othER guy was inside, although - there was no music playing over the speakers! Any gymcel will tell you that working out in complete silence is kind of weird, especially, when you are used to music playing inside the gym (I don't like bringing electronics into the gym that I might forget).

5:30am comes, and a foid walks in (Mexican looked to be about 39 or 40), the other guy walked out. I figured he must have been a "4:00am-guy." I was stuck inside the gym with a foid (just the two of us)... It's not like I wanted to have sex with an old goblina who wasn't even MILF-level. I felt like she was just dying to tell the security guard I was creeping her out. So, I stepped onto the StairMaster, which I don't like to use past 3-speed, because after 3-speed it gets loud.

I stayed on the StairMaster for 45-minutes! 1,650 steps up the stairs! I just imagined myself being on a football pitch (soccer field) for a half (each half is at least 45 minutes).

So, my question to all of you (gymcels and non-gymcels) is - could you do 45 minutes on a StairMaster on 3-speed (about 1,650 steps in 45 minutes)?

I can definitely do that.

I don't think so. My body wouldn't be tired, but my mind would be from doing such a mundane task for that long.

I think so but I haven't been very active recently

Absolutely not, I'm too low energy for that
