During the fascism, 100 years ago, to be an incel was forbidden by the law. If you were one you were forced to pay more taxes and you had less rights. By doing so, they would force incels and femcels to marry to each other lol. Why there is no such law still today.

By the way san Valantine in the past, was not the festival of the couples, it was the festival of the single people who were forced to spend a night with other single people. It looks like in the past singles were somehow pushed to get married, while nowadays they are just left LDAR. It all started from the f.a.q. ing 1970 when hippies and femminist were created, since that pediod marriages dropped down, divorces went up, and singles are getting way too many.
