Somehow, against all odds, you think maybe you can ascend. You talk to someone for some period of time only to get rejected again. And again

It’s like a whack-a-mole game where you continuously get battered. Yet still come up again, but why? Why do I do this to myself?

I’ve been lead on so many times. It fucking hurts and makes me want to destroy things

What I would do to even be a 5/10 subhuman average joe. At least he gets something
