This is supposed to be a scary short horror film.
Under a blackpilled point of view it's just the metaphore of a Stacy who is totally unimpressed by the efforts of an ugly guy to be noticed unless he provider something, or goes violent.

Getting the attention of a ugly male is the most horrific thing a woman can think of.

But tbh I liked the shot at 3:30.
