First thing I thought about, the face doesn´t really do much good, it´s the bone structure that defines the most beauty in the face.

As an ex medic, the way you describe it, it's impossible. Just can't be done. There is cosmetic surgery, though, and it's entirely feasible to reshape your facial features into somebody else's — if you have the money. As for when it will become accessible to most people, I can't tell; I know the procedure entails several operations, all of them quite complex, so probably not very soon.

Guessing money aside, it's very risky too.
Any complex surgery is risky, and cosmetics aren't any different in that regard; it's just your usual, normal level of risk, whether you want a new jawline or need to get an embedded piece of knife out from under your chin.
