There is cosmetic surgery, though, and it's entirely feasible to reshape your facial features into somebody else's — if you have the money. As for when it will become accessible to most people, I can't tell; I know the procedure entails several operations, all of them quite complex, so probably not very soon.

Any complex surgery is risky, and cosmetics aren't any different in that regard; it's just your usual, normal level of risk, whether you want a new jawline or need to get an embedded piece of knife out from under your chin.
