Deep set blue hunter eyes, low set thick eyebrows (no upper eyelid exposure), prominent enough brow ridge, at least neutral canthal tilt and you're instantly at least average looking.
If just one or two things aren't right, it's over.
I think eyebrows and hunter shape are the two most important eye area features. You absolutely have to have thick darker eyebrows that are very close to your upper eyelids and obviously the hunter shape.
Coloring is also quite important. Dark brown almost black eyes = failo, especially if you're European.

I'm not talking about amber eyes which are basically light eyes. I'm talking about st. blackops2 tier eyes. Dark brown almost black. Blue is a massive upgrade from that.

Blue and grey eyes are top tier. Light brown (or "white-tier brown" as I like to call it) is good enough too.
Ethnic/rice brown is disgusting. Two black featureless circles, like on a prey animal.
Most people in the world who have brown eyes have those very dark almost black eyes. Only whites and people who are mixed white have light brown or amber eyes (some latinos, some middle easterners.)
