There's really nothing other than the bank and the cemetery. It's like that one hidden city in GTA 3 behind the mountains in Shoreside Vale, which was used in the intro cut scene.

Also what mods do you use in GTA V? I had a mod that added GTA IV vehicles to the game and another that added some lore-friendly vehicles that are entirely new as well as the Online ones. I also had some law enforcement mod which made police chases very fun.
