Hey guys i'm new here and don't understand some of your words. Could you explain them to me?

-cope(is it just the normal word "cope"or does it mean something else?)
-MGTWO(or something like that)
-NT
-blackPill(i know about redPill,but never heard about the black one)

Cope = being wrong about something as an incel
MGTOW = Man Going Their Own Way (subreddit)
NT = Neuro-typical (not socially anxious)
Blackpill = it's over boyo
