So? She's obviously training and pretty strong for a foid, but I strengthmogged her after 2 months in the gym.

My calves are not that bigger than of the guy's in the video, but I squat 2x my body weight for reps.
But have you actually tried hitting the gym with proper training and nutrition? Do you know how much of what you need to eat for muscles to grow to become noticeable? Do you think those guys just lift a bit and become big?

I don't know but when I eat just my belly getting bigger...

Work all muscles (not in one workout) to failure with weight so you can do at least 8 reps and no more than 12. Then eat at a minimum 500g (~1lb) of lean meat over 4-5 meals and other stuff to have a caloric surplus of 300-500kcal. Keep doing that consistently for 6 months and you'll turn into a gymcel in no time.
A lot of inkwells think they can't grow muscles because they do like pushups and crunches at home and eat spaghetti and grilled cheese sandwiches.
