I don't do them. But I have two addictions. One of them is masturbation which is not that good for cope and the other is daydream that is better but still a shit bc it takes too much time

Also do not recommend me ice baths and sports thing. I've tried sports and it's a shit, a waste of time. And didn't try ice bath but did cold shower and same.
