wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. lifted my 15 lb dumbells 15-20 times and then did a short break before doing it again for 3-5 times. then ran/walked for 30 minutes.
i want to get bigger arms because im very self concious about my long noodle arms. dont want to do the legs but having big arms and noodle legs would look weird so im doing them as well.

i have a set of 25 pounders i will use once im able to. lifting the 15 lbs set is currently a struggle and i remember being able to effortlessly lift the 25 pound ones :feelscry:

Good one boyo, i gotta get back into exercising as well, dragging myself around is becoming cumbersome.
 
good for you man. Consistency is key.
 
I gymcell sporadically and noticed that manlets gave up. Gym is now CHAD ONLY
