I'm seriously doubting the authenticity of reddit shit posts like this. Why would he even care about if he has a girlfriend? Or is dating you? And if that's the case, maybe you were the reason for it - women always act like they can do no wrong, society gasses them up to the point where they're honestly convinced only men are toxic and everything they project is rooted in misogyny.
