Is it possible? I have big fat moobs that most guys at my weight don't have and I'm wondering if there's hope for getting rid of them without surgery... The biggest problem is my puffy nipples that make mine very visible from underneath a shirt. I legit can't wear t-shirts in public without them being visible from a mile away. Is surgery only option at this point? I will be losing weight but I doubt it'll make them disappear altogether

I had that in my teens, a hard lump underneath the nipple, but not anymore, the nipples have just stayed big and puffy on fat moobs

A doctor would very quickly be able to tell, you should make an appointment. Unfortunately, if it is gyno the only way to fix it is surgery.
