Thats literally all they need to do. Not get mad about it or try to impose bullshit on others.

I've known you to take several, long breaks at times when you needed. It's the way to do it.

I guess its finding the line between actual water and stuff that repeating does no harm. I dont think people should be or feel discouraged from posting threads some users may consider "water". Cant please everyone. Just have the "fuck em" mindset.
