It's saddening to see how woke, sexualized, depressing, artificial and psyop-ed, modern society is, even modern technology disgusts me, it's totally destroying younger generations. I was blessed enough to spend childhood without internet and smartphones where I can reminisce about all the crazy and memorable things we used to do outside as kids.
Music I listen, games I play, movies I watch are mostly before 2016 (feels like we switched to a worse timeline in 2015), it comes to me naturally as opposed to modern slop you force yourself to consume.
I know society is in a steady decline since 70s but at least you could feel some form of beauty, innocence and blind optimism in people or entertainment up to decade ago unlike today where everything is so chaotic, negative and gloomy.
Nostalgia is the strongest cope, leave the booze, drugs and turn on the PS2 that's in your storage box, play that game you still think about but haven't played in 10 years, listen to that song you used to listen on repeat 20 years ago and close your eyes, if you are a gooner go watch a porn from 15 years ago, walk through a park or playground you used to play on as a child. It will make you feel better.
