Every normal well adjusted person has both regularly and has been having both regularly since they were early teens. Everyone knows how important it is, it gives people motivation and literally strengthens immune system, improves mood and self confidence among a heap of other benefits on top of just feeling good. For alot of people if not all to an extent, it's literally a driving life force and motivator
Everybody knows this, everybody doesn't even try to argue it because it's common sense they all have known since they were 14 in some cases (all foids, some chads in this case)

They are the true incels, all the males there are virgins or married to a fat hag which just reinforces how important it is that they'd stoop to putting a ring on a fat disgusting hag just to get love and affection
It's just common sense that everyone normal in the world knows but "anti incel" types (who only do so because they are coping with being Incel themselves and are unfulfilled. Again, just confirming this entire post).
